Job description
Your mission
- Handling incoming inquiries from customers and prospects for our software solutions through to contract closure
- Preparing offers and processing incoming orders up to the delivery/provision of the software solution
Maintaining master data and occasionally supporting existing customers - Developing leads and expanding the corresponding pipeline in collaboration with colleagues from Marketing and Sales
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience and thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the development of new strategic initiatives, such as positioning new products in the market
Your profile
- Completed commercial studies or a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in inside sales for software or services in the B2B sector
- Enthusiasm for sales, customer communication, e-commerce, sustainability and personal/professional development
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and high IT affinity
